I purchased a van from them a month ago trading in my previous vehicle. I got a call from the previous vehicles financing company saying I was past due on my payments, I have called overstock multiple times asking for confirmation that they paid off my old vehicle and they won’t provide any documentation that they made the payment and I continue to receive calls from the old financing company requesting payment. I’ve called their Dallas location and their Arizona headquarters and still no one can provide me with any document... read more
*UPDATE* I had an issue with all 4 TPMS sensors being bad, I spoke with Dennis about the issues and Overstock was quick to reimburse me for my cost of the parts. The car inside of the car was sharp looking. Overall I got a great deal, great service and I would use Dennis with Overstock again in the future!
