While I was skeptical to go to Overstock to look at or purchase a vehicle. I did my research and decided that if it wasn’t as good as I was hoping (vehicle, deal, dealer, etc.) no worries, I had other vehicles I was interested in and could move along. Lionel was amazing! Showed me everything and made sure anything I didn’t like would get repaired with no extra cost. He gave me a great deal on pricing and was able to get me a warranty! Will definitely shop here again!
This place was great!!!! After looking at many cars and dealers, we found overstock. Our sales guy William was easy going, friendly, but professional. He had the car waiting for us with AC blasting. Not only was the car in great shape the price was very competitive. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle there!!!!
I would like to give A shout out to Mel our Sales Guy! He was Awesome! He reached out to us right away when we inquired about 2 trucks we were looking at and after meeting him in person he was very professional and friendly and not Oushy at all which was a relief after my last experience buyin my daughters car at a Nissan Dealership! Thank you Mel and am so excited about my new Truck! The price was Where I needed to be! Customer for life!
Selling your car here I still regret and should have walked away. Took 2.5 hours, they didn’t honor the original “instant offer quote” so I had to sit there as they kept coming back with lowball offers in a different building. Had some dude tell me the line guys will be guys because he thought I was giving him an his colleague a look of disgust. Meaning they probably were having a disgusting conversation.
