Purchased a truck mid January was told it went through a full inspection and all they did was an oil change. Nothing else at least on paper it showed oil change. A day after I made my first payment I was driving to work and all of sudden started losing power. Come to find out I need new lifters in this truck. Also got a txt from my salesman a month after that I needed to go and get the truck through emissions. Which should’ve been done before I took delivery of this truck. Not a great experience at all. I sent them an offer(paper screenshot) I had and asked if they would be able to beat it. They advertise being the cheapest in 2200 miles but clearly not. Was met with a snarky comment and was told a carfax report that has “minor damage” aka a small scratch was an accident. Best part? Their car had a cracked windshield! Would not recommend.
Josh helped me out and got me into my new/used truck and made the process easy. Would highly recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase
