I normally do not leave reviews unless I have had either an exceptionally great experience or a terrible one. In this case, it was the latter. I purchased a Nissan Titan from Overstock. During the purchase process, I was offered an extended warranty for an additional $3,000, which seemed reasonable. I was also charged $300 for what was supposed to be a final multi-point inspection and detailing service. I was told the brake pads had been replaced during the inspection. These guys were amazing! I worked with Stephen. His attention to Carfax reports and diligence with finding me one with a perfect history report was admirable. He was kind, patient, flexible, accommodating, and 100% NOT your typical “pushy car salesman”. Thank God! He was super devoted to finding me the best car for ME not for his commission.
