I went with my family last weekend to take a look at Halloween costumes. The owners I presume a lady and man at the front of the store had a look of disgust on their face when we walked through the door. The customer service was something be desired also, we didn't make it past the front of the store. Horrible service. The lady wouldn't get up to check what I was asking about. The stuff was scratch n dent but they want full price for. Crazy lol
This place is AWESOME....don't be scared by its location or setup. There are good deals to be had and everyone that I came in contact with were super nice!!
BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! If you purchase anything from this store make sure you open the box before you leave. I purchased two pressure washers that were adverstised as new. To my dismay, when I open the box one was used and broken. I was told to bring it back to the store and that they would replace it. When I arrived at the store, the worker, Ben was both unprofessional and rude. He stated "you have obviously used this item, broken it, and are trying to return it." #totallyoffended
