OVERSEAS REALTY is probably one of the Premier property management companies in Sarasota. They’re one of the oldest established real estate offices in Sarasota. They specialize in annual rentals seasonal rentals property management for owners along with travel department to help people who want to travel to Costa Rica or Germany where they have Both offices and property. I would highly recommend reaching out to SUSIE, who is absolutely amazing as a property manager and a realtor and she can also book your cruise.
WORSE PLACE TO RENT. I am currently going through a rat issue and I try to get ahold of someone and no one helps. They told me that it’s in my lease that rodent is my responsibility. Therefore they KNEW they had rats. The rats are pooping and peeing everywhere. I put in the portal multiple times and Valeria Garcia is the women I talked to.
