I call the day before for an oil change, they give me a date and time. But when I get there, they say say they can’t. Wasted my morning especially since its a far drive, highly unprofessional.

Great experience and service
I went there to replace my BMW X3 rear tires, they told me $988 including taxes and two hours to get the work done. The vehicle stayed there from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm and the charge was $1002. I shall not go there again. They lack honesty and customer service.
Had a quick purchase of the 2025 X3. Everything went smooth. Bill, Anthony, and Aleks are very accommodating and approachable. They went through every details on the new features of the vehicle. They had my rims painted at their cost and had the opportunity to drive a 2025 mini cooper countryman for the downtime of my x3! Will be back again on my next lease.
