ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!!!! Norman is Amazing! Was in the Keys vacationing and spilled water on my laptop, 2.5 years of building a business was in there and we couldn't find anything in the cloud and the hard drive was dead. I left to let him work some magic and Norman recovered the drive!!!! NOT ONLY that, he took all of my information off of that hard drive to one of his to preserve it, ordered me a new laptop and backup drive, which will be in tomorrow and will transfer everything over.
