A month working with the property manager… two approvals… 2 move in dates… takes the longest time to email a move in letter that was promised on a specific day… just to finally send it and ask for more employment verification letters that had been sent.. seen paystubs with my exact hourly rate… just for compliance to their precious time to look it over!! I have lived here for almost a year now & I love being here. It is quiet here but my kids still have lots of fun with other children in the neighborhood. The property manager Kirsten is a Godsend. She is easy to talk too & always has any problem fixed by the end of the day. She's so fast and efficient, she is also so great to the kids. All employees have so much love for the kiddos, this really is a beautiful place to live.

Lived here 5 years it doesn't matter if you pay your rent ontime, after you move out , they will find something to cut your deposit I guess it's illegal to set your furniture at the trash removal ,glad I moved out
