Nice place to live..quiet.good manager..excellent maintenance. Israel C. goes above and beyond again and again Here both Saturday and Sunday last week to clear snow and keep residents safe

If I could give it 0 I would. If you’re thinking of moving here don’t it’s not worth the headache!!! They play favorites with tenants. Certain “people” get to break all the rules and violate them and get in no trouble at all while others get constant violations and in trouble for everything and if they did the same thing as others they would be evicted. Lived here four years. The cost of rent is 30% of your gross monthly wages. If you are retired or on disability living here isn't so bad as your gross and net pay are the same. If you work for a living, that 30% ends up feeling more like 45%. The rules are ridiculous. They ask for proof of residence for a guest. After you provide the proof they can decide it wasn't satisfactory and give you a lease violation anyway. No guests to visit more than 14 days and or nights in any 45 day period.
