I live here. This place is really nasty full of bugs. Kids are outrageous and disrespectful. Parents do not watch their kids or control them. They fight other kids for no reason. Office staff do not do anything about the situation when you tell them you have a problem with a neighbor or neighbors. They just brush it under the rug like you have not told them or reported it. maintenance staff needs to be retrained because they barely know how to do their job. Nice place with a great view of downtown Nashville also is section 8 approved neighbors are very friendly and will help you with anything you need without asking questions
