Unique hotel where each unit is individually owned, each a different layout, all being collectively managed. Been going here every year for the last 47 years. Spectacular views, affordable, well managed, and close to everything, especially the ocean. A very nice and quaint building. Won't stay anywhere else!
This is our "go-to" place when staying in Lincoln City. You have to keep in mind that the building is old, probably built in the 1930's and so therefore gives off "Grandma's Cottage" vibe. I love how cozy and comfortable the units are, and the views are amazing. Rooms are clean and well supplied with all your needs. Each unit is unique and offers a different set up according to the needs. We have been coming here off and one for quite a few years. We always get room #4 because we love the view. The bed, chairs and frig have all been updated since we stayed last time. They are also put friendly! Pic is a view off the deck.
