I was working with Henry. I confirmed the pricing of a studio apartment and set up an appointment.( a week in advance) I was told the apartment wasn't available for a tour until May 1st. I looked online to see if I could pre-lease the unit, unseen and it wasn't listed. I arrived at my appointment, (I even got a confirmation email an hour before my appointment) no one ever showed.
