I was with them for three years. They are nice but not a good fit for me disappointingly. I’m too old to properly manage my care with them. They doctors change all the time and the visit quality varies greatly. Sometimes terrific. Other times not so much depending on the resident/doctor. Hard to get in touch with them which can be a problem for refills. My current doctor’s office always asks if you have your medication even if you need to come in. so much a question from these guys. This is an excellent place to see an educator doctor who will listen.
I’m going to give 4 stars because everyone was more than nice but I did have to wait an unknown amount of turn to get a call back… HOWEVER they called back in under 5 minutes and answered ALL of my questions. So I am happy with the service. Just wish the call back time wasn’t unknown.
