You might as well move at astera it's ran the same way I personally I know of one unit we're the tenent got out of rehab moved there in 3 months she going into long term rehab thanks to the way the manager allows the activity buy letting another person stay in the girls unit with out being on the lease so they can collect the sec 8 payment and the place smells very bad so you never know who will be living next to you day to day

Does anyone know if this place allows pets ? Also what included is trash ,heat and hot water included what are pice ranges for a 2 bedroom
It's very hard to reach anyone on the phone. I was supposed to move in last October(2023) and am still waiting. Thankfully I never gave my 30 days to the landlord or I'd be on the street. I've talked to 3 different managers and it's always "you need this paper, oh by the way we need this paper too," etc... The head boss is very nice but I can't remember her name. Otherwise I'm still waiting to move in.🥴😠
My friend put a work order in to have a dishwasher fixed in April 2024 it is now late Aug 2024 lol and 13 different property managers the office is always closed even during there open hours
