The Overlook is a fabulous place to live! As an almost 10 year resident, I cannot say enough positive things! The owners/management meticulously care for the complex. There is great attention to ongoing landscaping and snow removal in addition to year round maintenance. The live in super is always available to address one’s apartment’s concerns. The management is approachable and easy to work with. The complex is serene and neighbors are friendly. The views and area are just lovely!
Ok Apartments, Beautiful area to live at !!! % Great area to raise kids !! BUT YOU WILL REGRET LIVING THERE. MANAGEMENT SUPER ARE RUDE !! YOU HAVE MICE ALL OVER IN YOUR FOOD CABINETS , CONTINUOUSLY !! ITS TO MANY, NOT 1 OR 2 FOOD INTO GARBAGE ALL THE TIME !! THE SUPER IS USELESS !! FOR $3,000 A MONTH NOT WORTH IT !!! Overpriced with FREE MICE
STAY AWAY — the owner, Sam, screamed obscenities at my mother and grandmother as they were looking for an apartment for my grandmother to live in. My mother was outside with HER dog, while my grandmother, who does not have a dog, was inside looking at the apartment. Sam drove up to my mother and her dog, began screaming that her dog “tore up his lawn” and for them to “get off my property”.
