STAY AWAY — the owner, Sam, screamed obscenities at my mother and grandmother as they were looking for an apartment for my grandmother to live in. My mother was outside with HER dog, while my grandmother, who does not have a dog, was inside looking at the apartment. Sam drove up to my mother and her dog, began screaming that her dog “tore up his lawn” and for them to “get off my property”. Warning to Future Tenants: I was a tenant here for 9 years and always paid on time and treated the property as if it was my own. The only reason I stayed so long was because my daughter needed to remain in the school district. Despite being a reliable tenant, management refused to renew my lease and forced us out, claiming they needed my apartment for the owner's family. Management is wonderful and quick to address any issues. Grounds are impeccably kept and full of beautiful flowers. Nestled in a picturesque area. A hidden gem…wonderful place to call home.
