LEGAL ACTION IN PROGRESS This landlord is professional only when collecting rent, not providing service. They neglected bathroom repairs for 4 months and ignored a blocked dryer vent for 3 weeks, forcing me to hang wet laundry in the garage for nearly a month. Great experience from the application to move-in. Kambria, Leila and the team were the ultimate professionals. They went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. They gave information not just about the property but also community information about Gwinnett county which was truly invaluable to someone relocating from MD. I couldn't recommend more. Update:
We really enjoy living here, but I’ve sent several emails about adjusting our lease and never received any response. I asked to align the lease with the school year, from June to June instead of December to December, because moving in the middle of the school year is simply not possible for families with children. Unfortunately, there’s been no reply or understanding at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Do NOT rent here . There are other rental home communities in the area. Spare your self the cheap material that was used. Everytime my AC came own the entire house lights would flicker and dim, my washing machine would literally walk every rinse cycle, the lament floor boards were peeling up (and they will blame water but literally only used a swifter on them). Cars parked all on the road leaving no space for you to drive through and careful of all the speed racers who clearly could care less that children play in the street... read more
