I am a new resident at Overlook, and I have had an amazing experience so far. Lashonda and Leela were both incredible throughout my move-in process. Lashonda stayed in constant communication with me from the time I submitted my application through my move-in and even now, two weeks later. When we experienced a few snags and delays with my original move-in date, she kept me informed every step of the way and worked hard to keep my move-in date as close to the original date as possible. I am leaving this review to bring attention to the verification company this property uses. The process has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary delays and stress. Communication and handling of the verification process need improvement. I hope management reviews the company they are using because this experience can negatively affect potential residents and the property’s reputation.
