Great place! Great office staff and maintenance people. It was also very clean.
Best Complex We have lived here since March this year and we love it here for several reasons 1) Manager and office staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful 2) Kristen and her maintenance staff are the best very efficient, helpful and friendly, they work hard every day to keep the complex looking good We love our apartment it's beautiful inside and we enjoy seeing the deer and beavers everyday because our patio faces the Greenbelt Location is excellent close to everything you may need
Fantastic The leasing agent is so sweet and dedicated to make everything easier for your move in. She is determined to make everything go as smoothly as possible! maintenance is Prompt and always willing to have a solution for each job! New owner have made a huge difference!
Love this place! This apartment complex is very clean. The staff is always helpful whenever I’ve needed them especially Destiny! I’ve recommended this complex to multiple friends!
Great Complex After they had new owners and management take over this year, I have had nothing but great experiences with this property and staff. Great apartments and very close to everything in kingsport.
Awful place to live Staff here is awful you tell them the trouble you are having with your neighbors. Oh will take care of it. NOT. They care about nothing . Staff needs to grow in the knowledge of there job and fix problems you have instead they could care less and would rather get rid of you because they don't want to deal with complaining. Place has gotten so trashy they don't clean the stairway bird crap every where. Trash in the parking lot along with dog crap.

We love living here!!! We just celebrated our 1st year here. The pool & dog park are some of our favorite amenities! Super friendly staff and maintenance!! You won’t be disappointed if you decide to move here!!

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Office staff is AMAZING, especially Amanda. And maintenance is nice too. The grounds are always clean and they’re always on top of security.
