This is definitely NOT a luxury apartment. Management is horrendous and never resolves issues. Maintenance is slow/never react to work orders and GreyStar themselves are a joke by trying to hide charges on your final bill. I was living here as a temporary housing until my house was built but I was very shocked to see poor leadership over these apartment complexes. My husband who is a former U.S. Marine was denied housing due to something that came up in his background check with no opportunity to explain. Even though our income is 10x the montly rent, they denied us within 24 hours, kept our $150 deposit and we now have to wait more than 30 days for them to mail the rest of the $250 we paid even though we used a credit card.
