The management will be very nice to you to get you to sign the lease, but should you have issues with a cracked tub you may have to go through multiple repair visits due to the incompetence of their subcontractors. It took over two months, six repair attempts and I had to vacate my apartment several times for a couple of days each time due to the toxic fumes.
