I can’t get this builder to fix anything on the list we created during the final walk through. My floors are so uneven my furniture wobbles. The baseboards under my sink are missing. They never ran a sealant over my grout. The wall plug in my kids bathroom has been pushed through the wall, creating a hazard. My home isn't finished and it's almost 3 months past dead line. There has been a complete community built around my rental house and yet they can't finish a one story house in same time frame. My walk thru has been pushed back and even when did happen the a/c didn't even work and the dryer duct wasn't even complete.
