I have not been a tenant at these apartments yet, but did take a tour. I enjoyed the look of the apartments; I believe they have around 17 different floor plans to choose from(when available). Each apartment comes with its own garage(so you don’t have to pay extra each month for it). It is a good location, right off Meridian; maybe some noise from there, depending on where you’re at. Cute little place by lovely trails.
They’re alright. A friend of mine lives there. No washer and dryer, no patio, not much space. But they’re affordable! So that’s what counts I guess. They do have nice updated flooring though. Parking isn’t too terrible.
