DONT RENT HERE I will be moving out when my lease ends if property management does not improve, and quick. I cannot stand the dog poop anymore! It’s been a problem since I moved in (May 2017) and the issue has not been resolved despite sending several emails. My guests have literally stepped in dog poop that is on the sidewalk on the way to my apartment. People also flick cigarette butts into the shrubbery and liter in the parking lot. UNACCEPTABLE! DON'T MOVE HERE! The property manager is awful, so unprofessional. I think this may be her first time managing a property. The woman at the front desk is the rudest person, she should not be in customer service. She seems very annoyed and clearly does not want to be there, often if you go in on a weekend she will have her kids with her and they will be screaming and crying in TV area while she attempts to work. Under Village Green it was perfect now not so much I cannot describe how fall this complex has fallen under Morgan Properties. I loved living here when Village Greene was the owner was disappointed when they sold to Morgan but decided to give them a chance. First problem was dealing with the new staff. They are clueless and rude never introduced themselves to those that they had bought their contracts with. There is no such thing as customer service here. Don't waste your money! I moved in March '17 into the largest 3 bedroom on a bottom floor. Let me start by saying that since March I've had 3 upstairs neighbors. The first left all their garbage on the deck, which leaked onto my patio all 15 bags! The second fought all weekend and stomped all hours of the day and night. And the newest throw garbage from their balcony, party outside until the wee hours of the morning while their child screams for hours upon end beginning at 7am until 1am every single night! Amazing place to live!!! This is such a beautiful community! Having everything brand new has been a big bonus! It is located close enough to local shops, restaurants and major interstates but far enough away to maintain a quiet living environment. The office staff is always more than helpful to my family & I.
