I have lived here since January of 2025, and have had a water leak getting in the corner of my room since I moved in. Now in October, the water is still getting in (Confirmed on 10/19/2025) and soaking my floor and carpet. I worked with them to try to resolve the issue, resulting in a portion of my wall being tore down for 2-3 weeks and an entire wall being down for 5-6 weeks.
