My mother was at Overlander for 2.5 years. The nurses, care aides and recreational staff were incredible. Mom was always happy and well taken care of. When family had concerns or questions, they were always answered.
Staff at this “care” facility need to take some courses on compassion. Angelina, the coordinator being at the top of that list. Our family asked if my grandmother, who is at the end of her life, could be moved to another room to allow more comfortability for my 90 year old grandfather who spends his entire days here, as well as my aunt who sleeps here every night. No, just no. My mother was there about 10 days. The story is not important. Just no. Put the people you love someplace else.
My friend is very happy at overlanders it is a lovely place. All the green grass lawns. Trees. Flowers. The many deer HE says the food is goodwhich is nice to hear really enjoyed my visit there on Friday for my friends bday
