Wonderful time in Kansas City. This hotel was a great location, easy to find. The Resturant was very good. Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful & courteous.
Great place for events and entertaining clients! Great all around views of KC too!
Being a Silver club member we have stayed at a lot of Marriotts. This one will be special to use from now on. Today is our 26th Anniversary, I had mentioned it to Hillary @ the front desk. We went to dinner and when we got back Hillary had a nice surprise waiting for us. Thank you again. Will we stay at this Marriott again, most definite !!
My room gets 3 stars... staff and atmosphere get 5 stars.... we stayed in room 522. Its a handicapped room, we were given this room because I had booked for a king-size bed and there weren't any available... the big bathroom and being close to the elevator was nice but.... the bed wasnt worth $35 a night let alone what was paid.... it was very short and low to the ground. The room didn't come with any soap, bar soap, etc... weird... Also the gap of space under the room door was pretty big, you could hear everything from out ... read more
Staff is friendly but the pool might as well be an preteens overnight stay at the water park. Not an inviting stay for a professional adult.
The beds were the best part. They have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool stayed open all night. The only part we did not like is they do not have free wifi or breakfast. The walls are pretty thin. The air conditioner does not blow very well.
