Location personnel food drinks
We reserved a room with a king bed. When we got here we were given a room with 2 double beds. We weren’t notified via email of the change. I had even reserved directly through Marriott’s website. A month before our reservation date. We even went to the desk and voiced our complaint, and also called Marriott.
Clean place, comfortable beds and very nice staff.
The general manager does not respond to customer complaints even though the rude person in accounting, Kim, said he would call me yesterday. Excellent members lounge on top floor with exceptional service but the other staff (front desk and accounting) do not seem to have a focus on providing a great Marriott experience. I highly recommend that you find another Marriott property in the Overland Park area, like the Residence Inn, if you want a great experience and service. I don’t recommend this hotel any more.
