Rip off – These guys will take every opportunity they have to do work on your car even if not needed. Keep your records and see if they ever consecutively tell you that something needs fixed. It's something new every time. Some of the work I went ahead and let them do because my warranty covered it. Then they did a crappy job and I had to take it back in for them to correct their work. Collision Service and Customer Service – We used OP Jeep Collision Center to repair damage to my Jeep Wrangler following an auto accident. They took three times longer than promised, did not perform the work as promised and the Service Manager berated us and refused to make things right when we called them on their poor service & work. This is one Stealership to avoid.
Do not buy from this dealership – I went to purchase a jeep at this dealership. After finding the vehicle I was interested in I started the negotiation of price. The dealer brought out the manager who did not give me a proper handshake (because I am female) and then proceeded to say "would it make you feel like you won, if I dropped the price another $200".
