I was looking for a safe and reliable, yet inexpensive car for my daughters first car. When I stopped by the store Tom was quick to help me. He has a son her age and knew exactly what I was looking for. Didn't take long for us to drive off the lot in a 2004 Lexus. We've been driving it for 4 months and it's perfect!!! (I drive it as much as my daughter since it's nicer than my car!) Thanks Overland Park Imports for a quick, professional experience.

My goodness, what a fantastic place!!!! My life has been in turmoil since a flood took my 2008 mini Cooper, and home and all earthly possessions. I'm skeptical now with every life choice. Being essentially homeless for seven months now, I did have insurance money from my floated away vehicle. But if anything major was wrong with this vehicle I was looking at at Overland Park, I was toast. Had a good experience with Jon. Traded my Audi A5 for a BMW X5. Did my homework online and found this vehicle. Visited, test drove, and had a quick trade. Jon was honest and straightforward. I discovered a problem with the heater after driving away, and they worked with me to get it repaired at the local BMW Dealer — even paid it directly and recommended the service rep I should ask for at South KC BMW. I’ve had the vehicle 3 months now, and am happy with my decision.
Awesome experience from beginning to end!! Super easy and no pressure like other dealerships! Best car buying experience I have ever had!! Talk to Jon, Jake or Tom! I cannot recommend enough! If you are looking for a high end car.... this is the place!
My son drove 7 hours to purchase a truck. The dealer was very dishonest and tried to hide several major problems. I would never recommend them.
