I have seen first hand how they treat people. Food looks horrible, is undercooked or still frozen. Or does not even resemble food. Have also heard of deceased being left in room all day, uncovered and un kept.
if you care about your loved one, send them elsewhere. the sub par quality of meals and "nutrition" (or lack of) ranks up there with a superman prison or Guantanamo Bay. Homeless people eat better than the horrible "Meals" that are served here. And don't bother complaining because it falls on deaf ears.
