I love this place. Everytime I go, I find something new, a new path to follow, a new animal to glimpse, a new flower to smell, a new sight to enjoy. It's always quiet and peaceful, especially the further in you go, and I'm absolutely delighted to live in a city blessed with such a nod towards nature.
Had A great day on Wednesday saw the trains and walked the whole Arboretum. Lots of removal of the annuals under a bright sunny sky���
If I need my batteries recharged or my spirit refreshed, there are few other places in Johnson County that can do it like the OP Arboretum!
We were there last night with six of our friends. The grounds are amazing. All the torches lit and reflecting in the water was a truly beautiful sight. Fun time.
