The service was excellent and the doctor was very personable and knowledgeable
They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, the only place I like to go to get glasses
I have purchased glasses and contacts at Overland Optical. Their staff is always professional, knowledgable and friendly. I couldn't believe how they helped my wife efficiently decide on the perfect set of frames. What could have been a painful three hour ordeal was accomplished in ten minutes with their help! And she LOVES her frames!
I've been going to Overland Optical for my glasses/contacts since I was a little kid. Both locations (Overland/St.Charles) have an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel completely comfortable and at home. When I first started wearing contacts, their technician sat with me for half an hour helping me get used to taking the lenses in and out of my eyes.
