Wonderful amd helpful leasing agent with great communication. The property manager was on-site the day we moved in and.available to answer questions. Maintenace workers are friendly. Building is clean and tenants & pets are friendly and quiet.
I sent a request to check out my air conditioning until because it’s making very loud clicking noises / scraping noises. After maintenance came, they left a note saying no noise detected. Did they only wait two seconds after tuning it out to assess it ? Did they take it apart at all to see if anything could be making that noise even though they didn’t hear it ? I’m extremely annoyed as of course, it was still making that noise last njght. Should I make another request or …
Hands down the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Clean common areas, responsive maintenance requests, great management, built to make sound from other units nearly nonexistent, and located in one of the best kept secret neighborhoods in Minneapolis.
Great digs, if you can afford ‘em. I’ve rented twice in MSP and several times abroad and this is the best management I’ve seen. Halli is personable and responsive, and her team processed my application with incredible speed. Charles in maintenance is great, and maintenance often responded to my request within an hour. Van the manager initially overcharged me when my renter’s insurance was due the day that it was renewing, but once I showed him the issue he quickly resolved it.
