Overlake PT itself is good but customer care # for scheduling appointments is horrible. A coordinator named Shaheeta is the only person that takes calls to achedule this and doesn’t pick up the call ever.
Dr. Holly has been amazing - very thorough and always makes sure I understand so I can progress. Also, the front desk staff are so kind as well. I recently had a mixup with my billing information and Bailey was quick to help me to a solution :) highly recommend, especially for postpartum care!
I've worked with Kristen Parkin twice now for two separate issues. She is such a pleasure to work with, and very kind. I feel very comfortable working on exercises with her supervision because she is competent and effective. I have made improvements working with her. I highly recommend Kristen!
