This was a very pleasant and relaxing experience with Chuzhen. Doctor Xinping's advice helped me a lot! I will choose this doctor again next time.
Dr. Yury spends all the time needed to understand and partner with treatment. He never talks down and cares about my questions. I’ve had many great visits and look forward to many more.
Dr. Park was great! Appreciate her attentiveness. However, the medical assistant that roomed me did not secure the computer before coming to get me and as I was walking to the exam room my chart was visible to anyone that could have walked by. This has happened to me before at Overlake. Patient privacy/HIPAA does not seem to be a priority for this organization.
TLDR: Tried to schedule me for an appointment I didn't need for insurance money. My insurance does not require a referral/order from a PCP for blood work. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I suddenly needed to get a Lead Poisoning Lab done after contamination. The first office associate I spoke with, Alexandra, was super kind and informative. Update: they dropped the interest charges Original: They sent us medical bills to a complete wrong address (missing "NE" at the end of the address and putting the wrong apartment number). After sending 4 medical bills that we never received (again, because they sent it to the wrong address), they made zero attempts to call or text us. Instead, they simply sent it to a collections agency with accrued interest (roughly 7% in 6 months!)
