Always nice.
Unfortunate and disappointing front desk service. The traffic is terrible in downtown Kirkland right now due to construction around 405. The front desk person was very inconsiderate rather than understanding or helpful. Can't comment on the medical practice.
super hard to schedule appointments They don’t call you to confirm. I missed one and get charged $75 without any one time courtesy
