The nurses are caring, efficient, and very thorough. Dr. Chen consistently takes the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I have, which gives me great confidence in my care. I just moved to the area and establishing a primary doctor. Dr. Cherepuschak is amazing and I felt heard when talking about my health issues and concerns. I’m happy I chose him as my primary doctor. By the time I left the office, he had 2 referrals in the work and labs scheduled. The staff at Overlake Kirkland are amazing as well. They listen to you without making me feel rushed.
