Since our furnace and water heater were 20+ year old, we decided to replace it with new ones. Technician Roy came and assessed our equipment and gave an estimate within half an hour and coordinated the schedule for the installation. Ben and Joe were the installers / technicians who came and installed the new furnace and water heater for us this week. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend "Overlake Air Conditioning" for your heating needs.

Have had annual checkup on Thursday with Overlake Heating for my mother house. Got a call from them when they were finishing up, saying that furnace was in great shape and CO was at 0 ppm. Great! After 2 days, Saturday, I found out that the furnace had not been working for 2 days since their visit. This was my mother house, I dont live there, just over regular call to mother found the house was cold and furnace didnt produce heat. I would hightly recommend this company. On this record cold day, they made extra effort to fix my broken furnace with an already packed schedule. They were booked for the day, but put me on a stand by list and made it out that afternoon and made the repairs quickly. They were very informative and not pushy! I WILL use them again and again.
