5 stars! The Issaquah ACC is the best! I self test & call in results weekly. Charlie handles this weekly check-in with proficiency. She is detail oriented, easy to talk to and a pleasure to interact with. I also do a in-office visit every few months. The front desk check-in (Michael) took seconds & office visit with Samantha (provider) was both professional and friendly. She is experienced & knowledgeable. Always offers helpful suggestions & has great problem solving skills.
Samantha and the rest of the clinic are caring and very professional.
Check in by Michael at the desk took less than 10 seconds, my wait time wa less than 5 minutes and the provider was excellent!
