I had an incredible experience with Overhead Doors Unlimited LLC! Paul, the installer, was super helpful and professional. He was quick, thorough, and did an amazing job installing our new garage door and opener. Paul was really dedicated to his work, taking great care and making sure I was completely happy with our new garage door. I can’t thank him enough! The garage door looks fantastic and works perfectly. I highly recommend Overhead Doors Unlimited LLC to anyone looking for top-notch service at a very reasonable cost.
Stay away. They charged me $500 for a service call on a weekend that didn’t require parts. Never called back on Monday to schedule the rest of the repair. When I called them on Monday afternoon asking for an estimate they cancelled my scheduled call. I called back 3 days later and they finally came out to fix the door. They had to come back again because it still didn’t work. Then I had to call a different company to fix their repair because it still wasn’t fixed. Overhead Doors Unlimited is a superb company; they are responsive, honest, competent, competitive, and friendly. I have some older garage doors on my garage and machine shed and they work wonders finding parts for them and keeping them operating smoothly. This is the company to call when you need it done right in a timely manner and want to be treated fairly. They have always stayed within their estimates for repair, which itself is impressive. Just a superb company with excellent, committed employees.
