We are pretty handy and after lots of googling and adjustments, we were still having issues with our garage door. After calling overhead door solutions, they promptly called back (at night!), listened to our issue and thoughtfully diagnosed and explained the problem. Garage door operator replacement on 2-7 went smooth, no issues! The only reason I knocked off a star is it took them over a week and a half to deposit my check payment (on 2-20). I'm used to local businesses depositing the same or next business day. After a phone call, I was informed they only deposit checks a few times a month. Again, service was great, just don't use a check for payment if you don't want to wait.
