Garage door operator replacement on 2-7 went smooth, no issues! The only reason I knocked off a star is it took them over a week and a half to deposit my check payment (on 2-20). I'm used to local businesses depositing the same or next business day. After a phone call, I was informed they only deposit checks a few times a month. Again, service was great, just don't use a check for payment if you don't want to wait.

Garage service went smooth, no issues! The reason I knocked off a star is because I did not realize using a check as a form of payment would take over a week to be deposited. I'm used to local businesses depositing the same or next business day, and I like to monitor my banking. After calling Overhead I've been informed they only deposit checks a few times a month. If I had known it would take this long I would've used a different form of payment.
