Kyle did an outstanding job servicing my gas fireplace. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and effective. I was very pleased and highly recommend his service.
Trenton did a great job servicing our fireplace, was very considerate and took the time to clean and repair our pilot as well as going over and above of quality work.
Repaired my Heat N Glo fireplace, painted the inside fire box, cleaned the glass and vacuumed. Added new embers! SO HAPPY! Extremely satisfied! Answered my e-mail when I requested help right away. Thank you to the employee, very efficient!
Dave Harmon is a super nice guy. I had heard some negative things about our brand of fireplace and was concerned it wasn't safe. He assured me that my particular model was okay. He came out and cleaned it and explained how to properly use everything. I asked him a million questions, and he never made me feel stupid. He even gave me some extra spray he had in his car to clean the logs in the future. I only took off one star because I thought it was a little pricey.
