They are rude and condescending. Didn't diagnose my garage correctly sold me a new motor like a snake oil salesman - if you can go somewhere else!
My mother-in-law had a problem programming a very old remote for her garage door. I spoke with a member of Overhead door staff and he explain in detail exactly what we needed to do. He was very courteous as well as professional. I don't need a door or opener now but when the time comes, these are my guys.
