22 weeks, 1 door, elaborate company-wide lie, and ZERO customer service skills. (Long story, but worth the read). I ordered a custom sized door that took 3 weeks longer to arrive than they originally told me, not that big of a deal since it was Covid-19 era. Once it did arrive, it was the wrong color. I was given the option of painting it myself, reordering the correct color, or walking away with my money. We ordered another door and was told it would take around 12 weeks this time.
