Fantastic customer service and expertise!! Garage door works great, consistently, but would not go down on this particular day. The manual was easy to find online, but my attempt at troubleshooting didn't work. One phone call, answered quickly by a real, great, person, Carol, and soon a repairman was there! Scott took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and I could finally get the Garage door to close on a very rainy day. Thanks Scott, Carol and all the crew at this awesome local business!!
Fantastic service. The "B" team of Bob and Brian teplaced my old garage door opener and fixed my previously poorly setup rails. Professional and courteous, I am so glad I called them not thee other big outfit that instslled the existing. She opens smooth now.
Another great experience with Overhead Door! We rarely have problems but when we do, it has always been quick and perfect and today was no exception. The morning after my call, Bob came by on his way to another job, assessed the situation and returned that afternoon quickly and efficiently replacing the safety beam sensors and returning the door to working order. Such terrific service, he even oiled everything and replaced the manual pull cord! Thank you Bob and Overhead Door!

Fantastic service. Woke up Monday morning to a broken spring on our overhead garage door. Called into the office around 8:45 and explained the problem.Was told a service tech would be out within an hour (I was expecting at least a day or two.) Scott the tech arrived at 9:30 and by 10:30 he was packing up his tools,two springs and a wall switch replaced. Scott was a pleasure to deal with,very knowledgeable and professional. Overhead Door of Eureka-Arcata is now on speed dial. Thanks
