Aaron M. was prompt, called when he was on his way and answered all my questions. He was personable and even had treats for my dogs.
Aaron M replaced the springs on my garage door, he made some adjustments and my door has never been quieter. Very nice guy, knowledgeable and I am very happy with the service.
The Jackson Overhead Door Team very quickly scheduled a technician to repair my garage door. Aaron M. did an excellent job of fixing the spring cable issue and he also noticed other concerns (hinges, etc.) and implemented improvements which made the door work much better. Another wonderful aspect was that Aaron called me and explained the issues he found and repaired. I highly recommend using Overhead Door Company for fixing garage door problems.
Aaron was very professional and a very nice guy. Was here right on the time they said. Was good and fast. Very pleased with the service. Will use them again if needed. I would recommend your company. Thank you again Aaron.
