We've been in our house 18 years..We have an oversized 18' door, the opener was undersized to begin with (this was not from OHDoA). Tareq didn't initially recommend replacing the opener - he said just wait unit it dies and replace it. We did just that...When the opener finally died they replaced the opener with a properly sized unit and we've had no problems. Tareq has replaced broken springs twice during the 18 years (we use our door alot!!) So, 3 visits and no problems. very honest, personable and helpful. Highly recommend... read more
Called about problem with golf cart door and within 1/2 hour a technician arrived. He wrote up the order for a replacement panel and double checked to ensure that this special order was exactly what we needed. Looking forward to hearing from ODOA within the time frame indicated so that the job can be completed and I can add more to this review.
Either they are not knowledgeable or they prefer to scam customers with repeated service calls to "fix" an issue. Office manager was combative and rude (actually hung up on me when I called with a complaint) and never heard back from the manager who was going to look into the issue. I have never left a bad review for any company but I am going to go out of my way to warn people to NEVER use this company.
Ty and his partner did an amazing job on our garage door. Got lots of upgrades at little to no additional cost. Our garage 2 months ago was the loudest on the block, now it's the quietest. They made scheduling easy and adjusted to our kid's schedule. Ty explained everything I needed to know about the installation and the in's and out's of maintaining a garage door. Would definitely recommended asking for Ty.
I couldn't find the email that you gave me with my iPad. All I know is I have a paper with your address of overhead doors and a price of 2050.00. One that wrote it up was a guy name ty . And I do have his voice on my cell phone. The address is yours cause I looked it up. I'm figuring he got my number from Home Depot on their data base. Well at least that's what they said. Tried to tell us that we need a new garage door and wouldn't fix it then charge $50 for nothing. All it needs is a new gear and the springs need to be tightened. We will never use them and definitely would not recommend. One of those companies that take advantage of people who would say yes because they don't know enough.
