We called and scheduled for early AM, a safety and inspection of a gas fireplace. On the scheduled day, the AM came and went without a call. Around 2:00 PM I called the office. The very pleasant lady told me that the technician was running late and rescheduled for the same day, after 5 PM. At 7:40 I received a phone call from South Carolina, since I didn't know the number, I passed on answering it.
