Called on a Friday morning, garage doors and opener were fixed and working great within hours, at a very reasonable cost. A competitor said the doors and opener were not fixable and tried to sell me new doors for almost $7000. So glad i got a second opinion. I have already recommended this company to a friend/neighbor. Randy was very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure the doors were safe and functional.
Just called today for a broken torsion spring and came out within couple hours to fix. Tech was extremely pleasant and also lubed the door and adjusted. Noticed weather strip missing and replaced it also. Couldn't ask for better service. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered two garage doors, which were finally installed. I don't blame the compmay for the wait, for we all have supply chain issues. However, one of the doors did not have the weather stripping, so for all intents and purposes we can't use the door. The part was supposed to be ordered on the day of installation, but it wasn't.
