Great service from the first phone call to the repair process. Service showed up when scheduled and went above just repairing a spring, actually performed some preventative maintenance while he was here. I highly recommend this company.
I called Overhead Door this morning with a problem - my door was off the rails and could not be lifted up or down. Eli the general manager answered the phone said he would try to see if could get someone out to at least get my car out. The next thing I knew Eli was in my drive. In minutes he found the problem, said he would be able to fix it and had it done in no time. I am very appreciative of Overhead Door and would give them a strong recommendation to anyone. Thanks for saving a girl in distress!! 😀
Could not be happier with the workmanship, product, salesman at ODC of Twin Falls. Had a shop door, garage door, and even a snowmobile trailer door worked on or repaired. Price was great. Eli, our salesman was fantastic. Had two different techs work on our issues to 100% satisfaction. Will NEVER use another company. Had them do a repair on our last home and it came out perfectly! Already referred them to family and all our friends know who we used. Thank you!
In a service call that took probably less than a half hour (and he called to make sure it was ok to come earlier), the tech found out why the door was periodically not closing, fixed that issue, greased all the hinges/joints (much quieter now), reset our keypad code, and set the remote button integrated in my car. Super professional, friendly and efficient. We live in Hailey.
