This is a wonderful company! I called them late afternoon to see if they could fix my garage door which wouldn't close all the way, due to being bent by a friend's car bumping into it. The next morning, Hope was able to fix it (instead of making me buy a new door) so it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
Cliff is a great guy, helpful and on top of his game when you have the pleasure receiving phone calls and emails from him. His cell is a private number so you can’t reach him. The supporting staff at the office is arrogant and horrible in customer service. None of the promised call backs happened. They must be super busy which doesn’t justify their attitude.
