I submitted an inquiry back in August of 2025 to get a quote for a new garage door and opener. After working with Alec Huss (son of the owner Michael Huss) we selected a garage door and opener that we were happy with. I called in to schedule service for my fireplace, purchase two inserts for my other units, and get a quote for replacing all three of my garage doors with full glass doors. In total, I was prepared to spend nearly $35,000 with this company. Instead, I ended up walking away shocked at how horribly I was treated. Over a month ago I had my garage door opener replaced. The installers only objective was to install it as fast as possible and go to the next job. The opener works ok but lookes terrible. It's not level - I'll fix it myself. The outside keypad was crocked - I fixed it. The inside wall switch was only held by one screw - I fixed it. Should have gone to a big box store, bought one and installed it myself (I've done it before) and saved a lot of money.
