We had an issue with our garage door. When I called to have someone come out they first gave me the option of calling a help line to see if we could fix the problem ourself, which I thought was very nice. When we discovered it could not be fixed they sent Mike out to take care of it. He called to let us know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He had us fixed up in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great service.
I called for a door operator replacement price on Tuesday. They quoted a reasonable price over the phone, and replaced the opener on Wedenesday. The technician, Billy Ray, knew his stuff, and had the job done in 45 minutes. Good product, good price, good service, and I know that Red River Lumber Company stands behind them, as they have for all the other products and services that they have provided me over the years. Highly recommended.
