Wonderful company. My car was basically locked in the garage, garage door down in a seemingly locked position. I could not open the door manually either. I called Overhead Door of Springdale as they were the original installer of my garage door and opener 30 years ago. They had a serviceman out within about an hour. Determination was made of the problem and unfortunately the part needed was not available. I guess after 30 years, that’s understandable. They replaced the unit and all is well. After spending 12k with them on a job in Huntsville they stood me up on a job site near Berryville.. Will be using and recommending Shannon Door company to my customers from now on. Waited all day and someone called me at 6:30 after I was home saying he'd be there in about 30 minutes. It's an hour and a half drive for me so I couldn't get there by 7pm. So he said it would have to be rescheduled again and didn't know when they'd be back that way.. If you want overpriced bad service, this company is for you!
